An Unexpected Order

We have a long-term overseas client with whom we maintain an excellent partnership. He reached out to numerous suppliers, yet all of them quoted excessively high prices. Eventually, he turned to us to request a quotation. We only had reference pictures of the product, with no manufacturer information provided at all, but we spared no effort to source the items.

We took the initiative to stay in constant communication with the client, eager to seize this opportunity to develop new business and expand our market reach. Soon after, we contacted dozens of domestic and overseas manufacturers, and after extensive inquiries, we located the original factory. We did not hold out much hope at first, yet to our surprise, the factory replied to our email promptly, attaching detailed part drawings, the complete BOM (Bill of Materials), and full technical specifications for all matching accessories.Upon receiving the documents, we immediately sorted out all data and calculated costs, sending the client a competitive and preferential quotation without delay. The client was highly satisfied with our offer and fully approved the pricing.

All terms and details were finalized within merely two weeks, leading to a smooth order confirmation and transaction. Goods were shipped via DHL Express. We independently handled customs clearance, procurement, and multi-party coordination throughout the whole process. We also opened a EUR account to manage the full set of business procedures on our own, securing this rewarding cooperation.

This deal taught us a valuable lesson: most orders come without prior notice, starting from a routine inquiry. Timely response and seizing every chance can bring unexpected new business opportunities.
